AHS was proud to host the 2025 Candidates' Forum last night which was run by our student council. It was a wonderful event and another way we're bringing our vision of a community united around education to life. Students in Mrs. Shepperson's Health and Life Management class were interpreting nutritional information on food labels to help them analyze diets so that they can better understand the importance of food labels! Nice job everyone! Learning skills that can be used in day to day life is always a priority!




Our art programs at AHS are wonderful. I got to spend some time today with our drawing students and seeing their early drafts of comic strips and other projects. These will go through a number of revisions and refinement to arrive at the final product. The innovate pillar of our Portrait of a Graduate is alive and well.
