Principal's Message

Welcome to Thacher Elementary School

As the  Principal of Thacher Elementary School, my vision is for our students to be high performing and for our school to be community-based.  With our strong curriculum, effective instruction, and continuous staff professional development, I know our students will achieve at high levels.  An additional factor for our students to be successful is parent involvement in education.  I would like to encourage you to attend our PTO meetings, communicate frequently with the teachers, and support your children at home with their learning.  You are also welcome to come to Thacher to share your expertise with your child's class or volunteer in the classroom.  Please contact your child's teacher to share in the learning experience.  If we all work together as a community, we will reach these goals.  Together we learn, grow and succeed!  Feel free to contact me or your child's teacher at 508-226-4162.

Sincerely,

Joan Mullen, Principal
